It Appears Random, But Really Is It?

"The Rockets have lost 7 in a row!" Wayne disgruntily exclaims. "Since when have you been a Rockets fan?" I ask, albeit momentarily clueless of my surroundings. Then in a serendipidous moment, I realize that all Chinese people I know are Rockets fans. Now this may sound like the beginnings of a tirade against Chinese people, but in fact it is not. Instead, it is the realization that these people are truly patriotic, rooting for the one man that has put a face to the game of basketball in China. Of course I speak of Yao Ming, or as he's known to his countrymen, Ming Yao. Imagine being in Mr. Yao's (or is it Mr. Ming's?) shoes, carrying the hopes and dreams of 4 billion people (4,000,000,000) on your shoulders. This seems like no small feat. And in fact, it's not. GO ROCKETS!

Myth or Legend???

As many of you know, Wayne hails to us from a foreign country. China to be exact. Since the Chinese invented "ninja-ism", better known as "ninja-ing" to some, the proverbial question was asked, "is Wayne a ninja?" The members of 5051 Malott have witnessed many events in which Wayne has displayed extraordinary reflexes (see 'dodging of thrown dry ice' or 'dodging of fake punches'). which is one characteristic of a ninja. Although our attempts to get him to admit to owning throwing stars, midnight building climbings while dressed in black, or to other activities known of ninjas have been futile, the question still remains. Please leave a comment if you have witnessed any suspicious activity on the part of Wayne.

in the hole

Currently, Wayne owes $400 million to various group members after:
Incorrectly identifying the Smurfs theme song($200mil), because obviously in China the song is different
Proclaiming Mars was his favorite planet, and therefore Mars was obviously larger than Earth(another $200mil)
too bad none of this money is owed to me...

Chapter 1: A day at the office

This morning began as most, with Wayne displaying his skills as he sang and danced a portion of the play Carmen. Where's the camera when you need it?
Wayne quote of the day, "Your democracy is not fair!"

On a sidenote (thanks to Mr. Dewell), check out pandora.com. It's this crazy website that allows you to input your favorite bands/songs, then finds other bands/songs that you probably will like, but maybe have never heard of. I'm addicted like a narcoleptic to sleep.

Ps. Are you searching for chemistry, which can be color-coordinated to match any outfit? Send me an email.
